Sorion Training Portal (the "Portal") is an online training platform offered by Sorion Electronics Ltd, a company incorporated in England, whose registered address is Freeth Street, Magreal Industrial Estate, Birmingham, B16 0QZ, UK under company number 2538377 ("Sorion") to you as an individual or an entity (the "Participant").
1.2. By using the Portal, Participant accepts all the terms and conditions of this Agreement (“Agreement”) and agrees to be bound by them. If Participant does not agree, it shall not use the Portal.
1.3. This Agreement governs the Participant's use of the Portal, through which the Participant can participate and access various educational offerings, including but not limited to online training, e-learning modules, and booking participation in in-class trainings hosted and made available by Sorion.
2.1. Sorion reserves the right at any time to modify this Agreement and to add new or additional terms
or conditions on the Participant's use of the Portal. Such modifications and additional terms and conditions will be effective immediately and incorporated into this Agreement. The Participant's continued use of the Portal will be deemed acceptance thereof.2.2. Sorion reserves the right at any time to extend or limit the scope of the Portal or to modify its functionality.
3.1. To get access to the Portal, the Participant must establish an account, including a username and a password
(the "Account"). The Participant undertakes to only access the Portal through this Account.3.2. The Participant is responsible for all activity occurring under the Account.
3.3. Sorion may, in its sole discretion, modify, withdraw and/or deny any Participant’s access to the Portal and the Participant’s Account, at any time.
4.1. Participants will be able to purchase in-person training (the "Training Course") by registering for such Training
Course(s) through the Portal (the "Registration"). In-Person Training Courses will be held at the Sorion offices in Birmingham.4.2. Once a Participant has completed the Registration, a seat will be reserved and an invoice will be issued.
4.3. For invoiced In-Person Training Courses, payment is due within 30 days of your order and must be received at least two business days before the course start date. Once payment has been received and approved, each attendee will be sent their course instructions.

6.1. Either Sorion Electronics Ltd or you may terminate your Account. If We terminate your Account, you will be notified by email and an explanation for the termination will be provided. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we reserve the right to terminate without giving reasons.

6.2. If we terminate your Account, any current or pending orders or payments on your Account will be cancelled and provision of Services will not commence.

7.1. Whilst every effort has been made to ensure that all general descriptions of Services available from Sorion Electronics Ltd correspond to the actual Services that will be provided to you. We are not responsible for any variations from these descriptions as the exact nature of the Services may vary depending on your individual requirements and circumstances.

7.4. All pricing information on the Website is correct at the time of going online. We reserve the right to change prices and alter or remove any special offers from time to time and as necessary.

7.5. In the event that prices are changed during the period between an order being placed for Services and Us processing that order and taking payment, then the price that was valid at the time of the order shall be used
